At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit a
Clinical Application Scientist for Italy and France.

You will be part of the Clinical Application Scientist team with primary focus on in-clinic training and facilitation of the CooperSurgical fertility portfolio.

This position is field based and will cover IVF clinics in Italy (65%) and France (35%)
. The position is homebased from Italy.

**Position

As a
Clinical Application Scientist with CooperSurgical your primary role will be in-clinic training, facilitating hands-on workshops with customers in close collaboration with co-workers to support Italian and France sales.

You must have solid hands-on experience as a biopsy
- practitioner and also provide in-clinic vitrification and training. Any additional and solid experience with others procedures in the ART cycle are also welcomed of course.

You will support customers with evaluations, optimization projects and troubleshooting. You thrive with customer interaction, sharing knowledge and best practices on CSI's vast portfolio while ensuring customer satisfaction. You enjoy delivering assistance and support to enhance the usage of the CSI portfolio clinically. You are self-motivated, reliable with a positive and trustworthy personality.

With a can-do attitude you will support your colleagues, as they in turn support you, sharing skills and knowledge along the way.


In this position, you will be reporting to the regional General Manager strong line, and dotted line to the Country Manager where you live (Italy).

You will have permanent relations with your peers internally as well as the PECS teams, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales and any critical functions that may facilitate your day-to-day.

This is an highly exposed position.
- + 7 years of experience as embryologist
- incl. biopsy practitioner and vitrification

  • Develop usage of CSI portfolio via inclinic training, facilitation, optimization and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrate and utilize a good working understanding of PGT to support CSI customers
  • Commercial objectives
  • Ensure appropriate knowledge and best practice sharing across customers
  • Active partner in the global Professional Education Clinical Support (PECS) team
  • Collect any customer proposals regarding business development opportunities and involve the Global Medical / BD department to deepen possible collaborations
  • Educational background: Embryologist
