In the position of FedEx Operations Supervisor, you will support the Operations Manager by supervising a team of Operatives and Drivers.

You will help to maintain and improve operational efficiency, cost and service levels, with damages kept to a minimum.

This Supervisor position will have the night shift responsibility


Key responsibilities:


  • Ensure employees are treated consistently and fairly and are motivated.
  • Initiate and perform actions needed to ensure that service levels are achieved
  • Ensure that that team correctly understand goals and service objectives.
  • Ensure that safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices are adhered to during the shift.
  • Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable.
  • Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail.
  • Be energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Have a strong customer focus.
  • Have good communication skills.
