Recruiting:


  • Promotion of the Master through the management of online and offline communication tools.
  • Social media strategy and animation of the Creative Academy website.
  • Communication campaigns and analysis of the results.
  • Events management (Milan Design Week, open days, school visits, etc.).
  • Students recruiting:
  • Development of longterm relationships with the best international design schools for the recruitment of new students.
  • Promotion of the Master through events, mailings, newsletters and presentations.
  • Development of contacts with key representatives within schools and expansion of the network.

New projects and internal communication:


  • Development of new projects and services for the Group and the Maisons.
  • Constant relations with Group HR to identify opportunities for the Academy.
  • Promotion of the school and its activities using the Group's internal communication tools (intranet, mailing, newsletter, social media, etc.).

Alumni:


  • Design and development of a project aimed at consolidating relations with the international alumni network through the available tools (website, social media, mailing, etc.).
  • Proposal and development of projects in collaboration with the Group and the Maisons HR to promote the placement of Creative Academy alumni at the Maisons.
  • Update of the alumni database and statistics.

Didactics:


  • Graphic and digital communication projects with students.

PROFILE

  • 57 years of experience in marketing and communication.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, flexibility and creativity.
  • Proactivity and leadership.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Outlook.
  • Previous academic experience preferable.
