Senior Key Account Sales Role Overview

• Oversight of daily retail operations ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability with strong leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, monitor & manage client accounts in line with Sheglam strategy & retailer goals


2. Create annual business plan/trade marketing plan for growth leveraging brand results (sell-out, market share) & profitability within the account


3. Negotiate key launches space location stock establishing partnerships trade marketing relationships


4. Collaborate central Trade Marketing Retail education implementing plans animations merchandising training ROI actions support account development e-retail


5. Drive performance managing stock agreements contracts invoices meetings meetings trade strategies teams coordination departments interlocutors retail delivery activity supply chain sales legal representation retailers clients internally manager working team representative.
    
     Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal negotiation verbal written communication ideas generation work deadlines motivated ability independent teamwork network relationship fluency local English required years experience beauty designated market.
