We are currently looking for a
Legal Counsel to join our team in
Milan, part of our subsidiary
METKA EGN in Italy.

Your role will encompass:

Provide high level, responsive legal advice and support to the Italian and East-European Business Development Team.
Negotiate and draft the EPC and O&M Contracts.
Liaise with external law firms to obtain fee quotes and manage and approve legal spend within agreed parameters
Contract deadlines and relevant actions.
Advise on development projects at all stages, working alongside other development lawyers in Europe.

What you bring to the role:

Lawyer qualified in Italy
At least 4 years' experience in the solar/renewable energy sector in Italy
Detailed knowledge of solar PV development, acquisitions and disposals, EPC, OM contracts and PPAs in Italy and elsewhere in Europe.
Member of relevant professional body
Fluent in Italian and English
