POSITION
Part of the Global Talent Acquisition, Organization & Talent Management function, the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Manager is responsible for developing, executing & measuring strategies to attract the best Talents for

Loro Piana:

managing and overseeing a highly effective talent acquisition full life-cycle, including talent sourcing, position filling, employer branding activities in partnership with HRPB's and hiring managers of the whole company & projects management.


PROFILE

Responsibilities:


1_Talent Acquisition:

Partner with HRBP's and hiring managers to understand immediate, mid-range, and long-term hiring needs

  • Consistently look for and recommend ideas and innovative approaches: promoting, developing new recruiting projects and tools
  • Maintain & provide accurate and concise metrics and recruiting KPIs on average open to fill time, advanced interview to hire ratios, and other reporting as needed
  • Cowork on the recruiting budget with the Team Manager

2_Employer Branding:

Position and leverage the Employer Brand through dedicated communication and projects supporting business needs

  • Develop & implement the school strategy managing the longstanding collaborations with key international schools and universities worldwide to promote Loro Piana as employer of choice
  • Manage the organization of employer branding events such as career fairs, company presentations, business projects, etc.
  • Work with the Team on the Knit Design Award Project (annual edition)
  • Collaborate with the team with the objective to leverage the Employer Brand through a dedicated communication and projects inspiring & developing the Young Generations
  • Work in partnership with LVMH HR community, developing new ideas

3_Talent Engagement:

Thrive, Grow and Propose new horizons for internal & external talents

  • Design and develop projects to attract & engage the best Talents ( es. Retail Talent Program, etc.)
  • Drive and coordinate Internal Job Posting & Employee Referral processes

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Competencies and abilities needed:


  • MSc degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Consolidated experience in multinational Company; abroad experiences represents a plus
  • Ability to act as proactive advisor striving for innovation and creativity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability in proactively networking & establishing effective working relationships
  • Strong team player coupled with demonstrated ability to work autonomously
  • Fluency in English, French knowledge will be considered a plus
