    Job Description

    • Conduct research and validation workstreams across our assessment portfolio: defining competency frameworks, designing items and tasks, running data collection and analyses.
    • Owning end-to-end research projects: literature review, research design item/task development pilot studies full-scale data collection reporting using factor analysis CFA/EFA IRT classical test theory ML-based validation scalable assessments automated scoring rubrics NLP behavioral signal extraction reliability validity fairness measurement invariance analyses collaboration people scientists ML engineers operationalizing skill frameworks AI models monitoring metrics integrating assessments production pipelines building maintaining data protocols consent procedures high-quality datasets suitable psychometric MLM analyses master degree organizational psychology psychometrics discipline published work applied research evidence proficiency statistical programming R Python packages psychometric predictive modeling fluency English written communication technical non-technical audiences team proactive flat hierarchy hand-on GenAI Large Language Models computer vision multimodal feature extraction designing internationalized assessments cross-cultural samples opportunity shape product direction early-stage company flexible collaborative environment focus scientific integrity<
