  • Tipologia contratto: Permanent Full Time

Responsibilities:


  • The person will be focused on sales activities for ASEM visualization products, HW(IPC, HMI, Remote Assistance devices) and SW (Operating systems, HMI & IIoT Software, Remote Assistance and IIoT Solutions);
  • Supporting the ASEM Export sales force;
  • Backup for the existing Inside Sales;
  • Supporting the ASEM Export and Rockwell Germany sales force;
  • Sales responsibility for direct customers and/or geographical area;
  • Preparation of offers, with technical and commercial clarification;
  • Technical and commercial customer advice in writing & on the phone;
  • Follow up on offers and opportunities;
  • Maintenance of master data in the CRM & ERP system;
  • Telephone support for campaigns and trade fair followup;
  • Collaborate with account managers and internal departments within our matrix structure;
  • Compilation of information and reports for management.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in the role gained in medium structured companies in customer management;
  • Ability and pleasure in sales with a high customer and service orientation (Email and phone);
  • Very good knowledge of English and German languages;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM and ERP software;
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to relate with a positive and balanced approach with customers and the ASEM sales force;
  • Good problemsolving skills;
  • High level of selfmotivation, strong communication skills and good time management.
