Position: English Teacher – Parma

We are looking for an energetic and fun English teacher for our school in Parma. The role is a Fixed‑term / Permanent contract with 8 hours per week, starting December 2025.

What You'll Do

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us' lessons, music, games, stories and arts & crafts.
• Monitor your students' progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and an energetic "can do" approach to children's learning.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility with working hours and availability.
• Advanced or Proficiency level of English (C1 or higher).
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• A Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.
• A team player mindset – if you've played on a team, you'll fit right in
