Un/Una Buying office
Posizione in organico e mansione
L'Associate Merchandiser sarà responsabile della gestione e dell'ottimizzazione del mix di prodotti dell'azienda per massimizzare le vendite e soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti.
Responsabilità:
Collaborare con il team di merchandising per sviluppare strategie di assortimento dei prodotti.
Analizzare le tendenze di mercato e le prestazioni dei prodotti per identificare opportunità e rischi.
Monitorare e gestire l'inventario per garantire una disponibilità adeguata dei prodotti.
Coordinare con il team di marketing per sviluppare campagne promozionali efficaci.
Mantenere rapporti con i fornitori e gestire le trattative per garantire condizioni competitive.
Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e profittabilità.
Potresti essere il candidato ideale se possiedi le seguenti caratteristiche:
Più di 3 anni di esperienza nell'approvvigionamento
Forti capacità di follow-up, senso di proprietà e attenzione ai dettagli
Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta, presentazione e ascolto
Capacità di rappresentare l'azienda in base agli standard e alle aspettative
Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente frenetico con 4 calendari stagionali che si sovrappongono l'uno all'altro
Capacità di ottenere risultati influenzando partner interni ed esterni
Esperienza internazionale richiesta
