The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be a dedicated resource and a crucial figure for development and maintenance of continuous improvement projects in the CI loop and cascade management, coordinating projects and actively contributing to maintaining timing to achieve goals and objectives fixed by the Leadership Team or by corporate functions.

Some of the key responsibilities will be:

Ownership of CI Tier process supporting the execution of Tier 2 CI activities maintaining adherence to CI element
Periodically reviews Structured Gemba scores and actions with the Tier 2 Element Owner
Updating the Structured Gemba check sheet questions and scheduling focus on the biggest opportunities
Provides feedback to support site (health checks, standards and guidebooks)
Shared responsibility for root cause analysis for elimination of repeat performance issues /occurrences, for development and updates templates (Role cards, Setup sheets, SW plans, etc) and for TPM and Process robustness activities as result of CI opportunities

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree preferably engineering (in particular management engineering), chemical, pharmaceutical or scientific degree
At least 3 years of experience in a multinational company, experience in pharma sector could be an asset
Good knowledge of Office suite (Excel advanced level)
Must possess following skills: accuracy; planning and organization; result orientation; problem solving; speed and autonomy in working; flexibility; teamworking and humble attitude
Great relationship and communication capabilities with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
Yellow or Green Belt certificate would be an asset
