Service Agreement Manager, committed to Regional Service Solution, to be hired with a permanent contract based in Florence within the
Smart Infrastructure area.

Your Challenge
As
Service Agreement Manager your mission will be the execution of Service Agreement and Small Projects, being be the main interface with the Customer

Some of the main activities will be:

  • Meet the customer's contractual requirements and ensure effective and comprehensive communication with all stakeholders using interpersonal skills;
  • Definition of resource plan (short, medium and long term) in collaboration with the customer, the Customer Service Manager, the Technical Coordinator ensuring the appropriate resources (quantity and competence) to maintain a balance in workloads;
  • Prepare the requested reporting on project outcomes; coordinate the document flow to and from the customer and ECM;
  • Perform and lead the Project risks analysis.
  • Guarantee the performance of all the activities necessary for respect all safety rules
  • Shares and run the technical solutions to be adopted with the sales department, technicians and customer.
  • Manage with the customer any project aspect related IT Environment

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • Confirmed experience in Project Manager/Service Agreement Manager in electrical and/or mechanical installation
  • Knowledge of Automation Systems and of the technical aspects focused to the Building Automation, Fire Safety, Access Control, TVCC and Intrusion, IT principles regarding networking
  • Education background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and Safety Management systems;
  • Excellent analytical, Time management, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills;
  • Available to travel for short business trip;
  • Passion to neverstop growing
  • Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
