We are looking for Graduates interested in starting a career in insurance-brokerage and risk-management consulting to join our Risk Management Incoming segment at our Milan office.

Analyse client needs in order to build the best strategy and solutions
Focus on private luxury risk
Understand business requirements and identify/align with the technology solutions.
Support country target operating model deployments and segregation of duties

What you need to have:

University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, Management Engineering, Statistics, International Relations, Political, Social and Organizational Science, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;
Fluency in English and, preferably, in a second language;
Consolidated advanced skills in using the main ITtools (especially Microsoft Office Package, Excel and Powerpoint).
