In this role you will The E-KAM will lead the strategy, negotiation and commercial plans of pure players customers, such as Amazon and delivery intermediaries.


Your responsibilities would include the following:
Commercial relationship and negotiation with pure player customers (i.e.

Amazon).Planning and execution of Commercial plans (Assortment, Promo, Media, JBP).Work closely with Digital Shelf Manager, e-com agencies, and Digital marketing team to drive glance views and conversion rates.

Sales forecast, key account planning, sales budget control and monitoring.

Management of the Amazon retail and media agency (Flywheel).Lead the on-platform media campaign optimization for Amazon, E-pharmacies and Bricks & Clicks, in collaborationwith agencies and Ecommerce analyst.

Scouting new e-com channels and customers (delivery intermediaries, flash sales, pure players).Scouting 3P logistic partner to unlock the new Ecommerce channels.

Why youWe are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

University degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar.
Relevant previous experience in CPG/FMCG companies or digital agencies with responsibility in ecommerce. Experience as Amazon Key Account Manager and/or experience in marketing is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Amazon environment and the key growth pillars for a CPG vendor.
Proficiency in excel, knowledge and use of Amazon retail and advertising analytics.
Proficient in SEO and in the most relevant digital metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, Conv. Rate, SOV).Experience in managing on platform media campaigns (search/visibility) and off platform campaigns (i.e. Amazon DSP).Business ownership, result-oriented with a strong passion for the digital world, curious and eager to learn.
Very flexible and fast moving, to meet the pace of a very dynamic environment.
Problem-solving attitude, resilient, able to prioritize, team player.
