    The Online Flagship Stores Division's main aim is to help brand partners anticipate customer needs and create a seamless luxury retail experience. Its advanced omnichannel model – NEXT ERA – blurs the lines between online shopping, mobility and the boutique, providing unprecedented visibility and access to products across the world, transforming the shopping journey for customers, wherever they are and however they choose to shop.

    In 2019 YOOX NET-A-PORTER officially opened its new state-of-the-art Innovation Space in Milan to support the Online Flagship Stores mono-brand offer, exploring the shopping experience of the future by combining mobile, visual recognition, augmented reality and customized technologies.

    The Online Flagship Division are now seeking a talented E-Commerce Specialist Intern to join the team.

    Department Size: 15/17 (Approx.)
    Reporting into: Head of Client Management Online Flagship Stores

    Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

  • Managing day by day activities in order to ensure the proper working and updating of the website, taking into account the commercial strategies;
  • Supporting the planning activities related to the catalogue, shooting and logistics;
  • Supporting in coordination and management of technical activities and requirements definition;
  • Being the contact person appointed to interface with the Technology and Sales teams for release/setup projects in order to maximize Group effort and delivery to the Partner;
  • Coordination with support areas such as Customer Care;
  • Support and coordination with Operations to ensure proper product deliveries;
  • Supporting the relationship management with Brand Partners.
  • The type of person we are looking for:

  • University degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related fields with outstanding performance;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other colleagues from the Core Business and from Technology;
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory;
  • Good knowledge of Power Point;
  • Proactive attitude and work ethics;
  • Passion for e-commerce and marked inclination for Internet and its communication channels.
