Your role:


As part of the Merchandising team, you will support for understanding and analysing the Merchandising key drivers of performance related to Woolrich in order to guide the building of collections in line with the brand strategic goals, to identify opportunities and recommend collectioning strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize sales.

You will be working closely with Merchandisers, Supply Chain, Sales Analyst, and other cross-functional business partners. You will also support integrating the merchandising attributes in PLM and checking the exactitude of the product information.


What you will do:


  • Prepare all merchandising documents and grids to define the new collection structure and price architecture
  • Support end season analysis regarding best sellers & slow sellers for each channel
  • Support "adhoc" analysis and project works to support strategic product or demand initiatives; synthesize results in documents for an efficient communication to a variety of audiences across the organization
  • Liaise with IT team in evaluating current tools and recommend enhancements
  • Regularly download the business performance to the Merchandising team
  • Support and be an active partner of Merchandisers in pricing & margin monitoring and editing meeting.

Experience & qualifications you will bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or (equivalent) with strong interest in data analytics and business intelligence
  • Languages: Fluent English essential, additional language is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, advanced functions, macros)
  • Familiar with Product Data Management systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Flexibility and strong organizational skills
