Business Analyst.

Description:

Knowledge to solve complex business issues
Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an indepth evaluation of multiple factors.
Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in crossfunctional initiatives.
Lead requirements management and change management processes.
May provide mentoring and guidance to younger employees.
Combine industry expertise with a thorough understanding of information technology to develop innovative business solutions.
Promote and direct process improvement activities and training of peers and clients.

Qualifications/Technical Skillset**:

Determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/ validation.
Decomposition of highlevel information into details;
Defining and managing scope and client expectations, requirements change management and traceability;
Classifying prioritizing requirements; Object Oriented techniques using UML models;
Effective verbal/ written communication; preparing and delivering effective presentations;
Function Point counting; survey design and execution; statistical analysis;
Visualization modeling; Business rules modeling; develop and executing acceptance test plans.
