POSITION

In this position, you will experience in all aspects of project management (creative, installation and production), both individually and as part of a various project (windows, facade animation, instore animation, special project).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

WINDOWS

Localize/Realize the window creative according to the HQ Window team concept/image
Manage production (production, supplier and vender companies)
Supervise the main installation
Report to HQ (document, photo)
Make 3D images, drawings

FACADE ANIMATION

Install the facade animation
Discuss/Negotiate with city according to the regulation
Manage the local production (production, supplier and vender companies)
Supervise the installation on the site
Study and Improve the installation quality each time after the installation
Report to HQ (document, photo)
Make 3D images, drawings

INSTORE ANIMATION

Make 3D images, drawings
Discuss and Negotiate the production with production companies
Supervise the main installation

on the site

Report to HQ (document and photo)

Others
Develop the VM props connected with the windows,in store animations

Research the market (competitor, exhibition, art and etc.materials and strong focus on sustainable materials

PROFILE

Curiosity, commitment, passionate, motivated, determined, pro activity, flexible and good team player Project management skill
At least 7 years experience project management (windows, production, installation, in store animation, facade)
Strong interest for Creative, Architecture, Instore, Art, Photography, Digital and Luxury goods etc.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Computer skills (essential : illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Computer skills (desirable: Vector Works/CAD, Rhinoceros/3D Studio Max, Cinema 4d,
Good level of English
