The Role: This position, reporting to the Plant Manager, entails the following responsibilities:

  • Participating in defining technologies, production lines, and processes.
  • Designing workstations for enhanced efficiency and ergonomics.
  • Engaging in WCM program activities.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives and new product development processes.
  • Supporting the integration of Industry 4.0 within the plant.
  • Designing new machines and lines and collaborating with external suppliers for coordination.

The ideal candidate possesses analytical and planning skills, time management abilities, a knack for meeting deadlines consistently, problem-solving capabilities, and adaptability.

Basic English proficiency is a fundamental requirement for this role.
