What you'll do:

Implement the best Sourcing Strategies for Spares Parts in Business Area Europe, ensuring proper execution and compliance.
Accountability on supplier cost, performance, components availability.
Supplier Relationship Management, cooperation with suppliers to maximize the potential value of those relationship.
Search alternative and innovative solutions to improve efficiency, promote sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Drive and promote continuous improvement actions by leading activities among the team, stakeholders and suppliers.

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or Engineering (ideally Electronics path).
Minimum 2 years of proven work experience, preferably in Purchasing.
Familiarity with ERP System, preferably SAP.
Analytical approach, with excellent data management skills.
Negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Great collaboration skills and cando attitude.
Fluent English written and spoken; any other language is an asset.

Where you'll be:

As preferred location you'll be based in an international context in the central office for Food Preservation in Susegana (TV), only 1 hour distance from Venice.

Any other sites across Europe can be an option.
