    Investment Banking Analyst

    We are seeking a high-calibre Investment Banking Analyst to join our core execution team. This is not a back-office support role, you will work directly on live mandates engaging with founders, CFOs and private credit funds across complex transactions.

    • Prepare institutional-quality lender materials (teasers, IMs, debt decks)
    • Structure clear and compelling credit narratives
    • Financial modelling and leverage analysis
    • Manage data rooms and diligence workflows
    • Ccoordinate lender Q&A processes
      • < li >Conduct sector and lender research < li >Support internal strategic initiatives < / li >< p style = 'text-align: justify' > As an analyst at TechCredit Partners you will have meaningful exposure and responsibility from day one .
