The role

Key accountabilities

  • Support in developing process & procedures set up, procurement way of working with the business, reporting and communication rules and suppliers' management processes.
  • Support in ensuring proper Local & Cluster SEE projects, suppliers sourcing for Local & Cluster Indirect services & materials, equipment maintenance with savings opportunities investigation and delivery.
  • Ensure the suppliers relationship, contracts & transactional activities are managed within the procurement procedures directives and agreed processes design across the Cluster.
  • Working with CoE Indirect & GBS Teams, to obtain a competitive advantage with key suppliers and execute the globally managed categories strategy.
  • Work on correct suppliers' selection process and suppliers' base development.
  • Identify, analyze, and monitor benefits from suppliers and implement best practice.
  • Be compliant to the global and local company policies.
  • Produce Risk reporting and provide visibility of risks to enable prioritization & identification of contingencies and business continuity plans.
  • Help in procurement team development and best practice's introduction.
  • Support in building stable suppliers base with key and strategic suppliers partnering.

  • Analytical, with good presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Business process understanding and improvement.
  • Improvement identification and contingency control
  • Procurement best practices implementation
  • Compliance controlling experience.

Desirable

  • University degree mandatory
  • 35 years experience in Procurement (preferably in FMCG)
  • Very good English knowledge (writing and oral)
  • Cross cultural & international experience is preferred
  • Ability to travel within SEE Cluster and some international travel may occasionally be required
