Requirements_

Be eligible to work in Italy
4 years of experience in high quality restaurants and at least 2 in same position
Previous experience in a fastpaced, highvolume and high quality restaurants
Ability to work well under pressure
Proven multitasking ability
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Fun & vibrant personality
Must be a team player
Able to take the heat when service gets a little crazy
Willing to step up to support your team when it counts
Excellent organizational skills
Must be fluent in Italian and English A third language will be a great plus
