RDM Group is looking for a
Communication Specialist to join the
Corporate Communication team based in Milan.

Reporting to the
Corporate Communication Manager, the resource will be involved in the management of all communication activities to both internal and external stakeholders of the Group.

He/she will also manage
online/offline communication tools (_website, newsletter, Linkedin, YouTube, brochures, printed forms _) as well as being the reference for the organization of Group's events and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that communication is implemented in accordance with the
corporate brand image;
Develop and deliver adhoc communication plans to different needs;
Updating and monitoring
website, corporate Intranet, RDM Group LinkedIn page, data sheets and certificates, newsletters, press reviews, implementation of internal/external communication campaigns;
Media relations with national and international press for interviews and editorials;
Collaborate with corporate partners in the area of communication;
Support the organization and coordination of activities and
events, as well as the development of
communication tools;
Propose innovative solutions to corporate stakeholders to generate value;
Support and collaborate with different business functions to create documents, presentations, graphic solutions consistent with
RDM Group's communication style;
Involvement in
Group Employer Branding initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in communications and/or prior experience in PR/communication;

Approximately 5 years of experience gained preferably in a B2B company;

Fluency in English is essential; one Group's language (Spanish, German, French, Dutch) will be considered a plus;

Ability to write effective and clear content for both online and offline tools;
