Jimmy Choo is currently recruiting an Production Specialist based in Florence Office:
Job Purpose
The person on this role will be in charge of Launching the orders to our supplier. He/she also has to monitor the production orders progress with a direct contact with Suppliers.

This position is a direct report to the Head of Production and will be involved with the daily activities of the Department.


Main responsibilities include:

  • Participate in the allocation meeting preparing the data sheet with quantities and capacity.
  • Tocreate orders and do system maintenance
  • To keep dates aligned in the system
  • To check and approve supplier invoices
  • Supports the suppliers to solve production issues
  • Cooperate with the Quality dept (finish product and RM) on the issues raised Importante Azienda the production or at the end of the final quality check.

Competencies and Experience Required:

  • Demonstrable technical expertise in similar role
  • Luxury brand experience in the supplychain environment
  • Strong accuracy and timekeeping
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrable skills of Microsoft Office, with particular reference to Excel
  • Knowledge and understanding of the production processes
  • Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities in a fast pace environment

  • Rigorous and accurate in the execution
  • Problem solver and timekeeper

Background, Skills and Experience:

  • Make to Order management (1 year in similar roles)
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Information Technology (Excel)
  • Experience in Production Department
