The RoleAs a Recruitment Team Leader, you will help to ensure the performance and delivery of the sourcing team is optimized and achieves against agreed sourcing performance metrics.

You will be hands-on, managing your own responsibilities as well as being a trusted role model, leading a of a team, acting as the point of escalation and resolution for any challenges in the delivery of the recruitment strategy.

This is an exciting account with lots of opportunity to grow and develop and a strong and supportive management team.

Key AccountabilitiesResponsible for team objective setting, performance management, development and succession planningConsider ways to continually develop and improve processes, procedures and working in conjunction with the team to implement any changes which are introducedEnsure that the team works to the service levels agreedResponsible for team morale and productivityManage the program and organize resources for induction of new staffAct as a local point for escalationsParticipate in various weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings and callsPrepare monthly and quarterly team's performance reviewsBuild and maintain strong working relationshipsLead by example and ensure adherence to compliance standardsCoordinate and implement any ad hoc projectsManage own business area to remain close to the processSkills & ExperienceExtensive working knowledge of recruitmentExperience of managing client relationshipsExperience in identifying andintroducing process innovations and improvementsCapable of making timely decisions regarding process and communicating effectively to ensure relevant internal parties receive support/updatesStrong recruitment experience within a busy and challenging environmentAbility to inspire and motivate a teamCapable of providing constructive feedbackStrong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPointKnowledge of the Italian marketExperience in managing performance and career developmentCapable of leading regular meaningful team meetings and one to onesExperience in delivering reports within tight deadlinesFluent English & Italian Speaker OtherWe offer:
