The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a General Services Site Coordinator to lead the General Services team at The Mall Firenze, based in Leccio, Reggello.

Our General Services team works with the deepest passion and commitment to ensure a perfect environment and reliable services for all our tenants and guests, supporting the opening of new stores, the realization and implementation of events and the setup of new installations within the malls.
Reporting to the Facility Management Coordinator and joining a dynamic and passionate team, the General Service Coordinator member will play a crucial role in contributing to the unique and exclusive customer experience we offer to our guests, ensuring properly coordinated maintenance and perfect efficiency of the whole mall structures, systems, and services.
How you will contributeManagement of the on-site General Services team, including planning, team development, coordination with other internal departments, collaborating with the teams in Sanremo and Milan, with particular focus on the upkeep of the centre and respecting timelines and schedules.
Responsibilities of the team include:
Ensuring the punctual maintenance and efficiency of The Mall Firenze's structures, systems and services, preventing breakdowns of facilities, machinery or equipment and updating internal guidelines and procedures.
Coordinating with various shared services departments such as Legal, Internal Procurement, Health & Safety, IT, Security
Assisting the various business departments such as Marketing, in realisation of events and other image related activities thus ensuring the best possible customer experience for our guests.
Supplier management, including identifying new suppliers and consultants, organizing tenders, compliance checks, control of documentation, contract preparation and rapport management and periodic meetings.
Controlling estimates and costs ensuring the respect of agreed budgets, including purchase order generation and invoice checks.Collaborating in the preparation of reports related to projects, activities, maintenance and status check.
Management and control of Utilities and IT systems, such as energy consumption, Solar, Car Charging, Building Management System (BMS), CCTV, network, switchboard, Wi-Fi, and all related issues
Who you are
.
Professional with a technical background. Bachelor in Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, or equivalent study will be consider as a plus
Professional with a solid experience in a similar role
Motivated, reliable, organised, and autonomous person, with great attention to detail
Flexible team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Proactive and discreet person, with high ethical standards and integrity
Proficient in MS Office package and IT tools
Fluent in Italian with a good command of English, both spoken and written
