    SENIOR CONSULTANT/ENGAGEMENT MANAGER, REAL WORLD SOLUTIONS ITALY IQVIA Italy is searching for a new senior member for joining the Real-World Solution team.

    This is a leadership position with business development responsibilities, for which exceptional technical expertise is required.
    Leadership and business development activities related to Health Economics Anticipate and deeply understand clients' needs in order to develop tailored solutions and proposalsCollaboration with other business areas (i.e. PRMA/HTA/RWE) in order to leverage their expertise and propose integrated solutionsDrive internal initiatives for the advancement of innovative methodological approachesCollaborate with other business areas and functions of the organization to deliver client services and support the development of new offeringsContributes to the enhanced awareness of the broad IQVIA HE & RWE capabilities in the marketplace, through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications etc.

    Management of complex projects Being subject expert on HE methodologies and solutionsLead and oversee HE activities to ensure highest qualityDistil strategic insights from analytics that generate value for our clientsManage projects across Health Economics business areas and the full breadth of therapeutic areas, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveryManages client interface and project team to achieve efficient and effective project deliveryQualifications And Skills MSc or PhD or equivalent in health economics, economics, econometrics or related disciplineProven experience in health economics /HEOR research, ideally within academia, consulting or the pharmaceutical sector (relevant experience as post-graduate researcher may also be considered)Experience in pharmaco-economic activities (e.g.

    survival analysis, markov model, cost analysis, preference studies such as MCDA, Delphi and DCE)Record of published articles in indexed JournalsStrong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in ItalianStrong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in EnglishStrong time-management and organizational skillsAttitude to work well as a team member and to build and manage relationships in a complex organizationIQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
