The pivotal study in Crohn\'s Disease is fully recruited and we expect topline data and potential approval in this new indication in a couple of years.

Galapagos is now entering an exciting new chapter to expand and diversify its pipeline for the future, starting with oncology, specifically CAR-T -therapy, a transformative treatment of different types of cancer.

Through the combined acquisitions of Point and AboundBio, we are propelling ourselves into -generation therapies. We are looking for a Regional Access Manager RAM - Lombardia & Emilia Romagna Associate Director.

Scope of the job As Regional Access Manager you will be responsible for communicating the value of Galapagos and its portfolio to the relevant decision makers in the assigned regions, to facilitate optimal Confidenziale access for our products.


Your role:


Provide timely environment analysis, from political and healthcare perspective, understand current and future scenarios, with early identification of trends, and define the landscape for regional market access plan.

Develop and implement Market Access Plans for the assigned regions.

Take full accountability for the Confidenziale access process listing in Regional & Hospital Formularies, Tendering, by early identification of key stakeholder and relevant decision makers and constant monitoring of the environment and of the market.

Monitor the Confidenziale of market access and ensure prompt intervention to solve ideally prevent emerging issues and possible conflicts.

Identify and meet needs and expectations of targeted key regional & hospital customers, and in doing so, build professional and productive relationships through regular contacts, based on a solid regional and hospital stakeholder engagement plan.

Differentiate our products from the competition and establish Galapagos as a true partner and reliableprovider of choice.

Support the Head of RAMs and Value & Market Access Director in cascading Company access strategies at regional level and ensuring Confidenziale implementation of country initiatives.

Ensure a close cooperative and productive working relationship with the other colleagues of Market Access and Public Affairs and with other teams e.g.

Commercial, Medical Affairs, etc., to manage opportunities with a cross-function approach, so as to leverage possible synergies.

Create and leverage opportunities for partnership with regional|Confidenziale stakeholders, to find solutions that can combine patient access and sustainability through a Value-Based Healthcare approach, moving from a pure budget impact model to an HTA driven one.

Comply with laws, regulations, guidelines and company policies in your activity. Job requirements Who are you
You have a Scientific or Economic University Degree Knowledge of Health Economics 5-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a Market Access role Strong knowledge of Lombardia & Emilia Romagna regional and hospital processes & extense network and knowledge of the stakeholders Project management and cross-functional work skills Convincing appearance, strategic, tactical and analytical way of thinking Distinct communicative and cooperative skills, networker as well as a high degree of self-initiative Reliability and independent working as well as the ability to competently present and represent even complex issues verbally and in writing on different levels of argumentation Strong influential leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders on different levels Fluent knowledge of English, as well as Italian What\'s in it for you
