Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the Human Resources team in the recruiting and onboarding activities in Italy and MENA.


CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Managing the full life cycle of recruiting of new positions, starting from the acquisition of Line's needs to the onboarding of new resources.
  • Managing the advertising on the success factor platform and on other external tools (University platform, employment center, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Employer brand activities and developing relationship with local institute and University in Italy and abroad.
  • Attraction: manage deployment of engagement activities (career sites, job boards, etc.).Onboarding: Manage fullfledged integration and on boarding of employees.
  • Delivers training programs and support the integration of new joiners
  • Responsible for Trainings Funding process in close collaboration with our external partner.
  • Update reports on the related activities (TTF, ADO, etc.).

Job Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in HR topics is a plus.
  • Fluent English is mandatory
- +3-5 years of experience as recruiter experience in the service sector is a plus.

  • Focused on analytics and on how to continuously improve processes and tools already present.
  • Confidence in dialoguing with Managers and Employees.
  • Proactive, empathetic and open to different points of view
  • Excellent communication skills focused on promoting openness and transparency.
  • Focused on learning and research, welcoming feedback and others' ideas.
  • Open to diversity and cultural differences.
  • Real team player able to encourage and help others in giving their best.

About Corporate Functions

The Corporate Functions provide operational support across Charles River in areas such as Human Resources, Finance, IT, Legal, Sales, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Corporate Development.

They partner with their colleagues across the company to develop and drive strategies and to set global standards.

The functions are essential to providing a bridge between strategic vision and operational readiness, to ensure ongoing functional innovation and capability improvement.
