Catalog & Estore Optimizations Specialist - Milano, Italia - Sephora

Within the Italian eCommerce department, reporting to the Head of eCommerce, the Catalog & eStore Optimization Specialist will be responsible to assure a best-in-class online User Navigation Journey and Catalog Quality closely work in collaboration with EME Catalog Team and Local Teams.
Key Activities/Responsibilities
Be the local referent for EME Catalog Team for our online products catalog & launches
- be the main point of contact for the Region teams (eg. give insights or alerts about local launches)
- Support the Region on Brand spaces strategy according to local priorities
- Check translation for priorities and brand launches, suggest naming, description and visuals optimizations
- Be the point of contact between Offer and Supply local Team to assure stock coverage for new launches and commercial activation priorities.
- Manage local bundles strategy and implementation
- Suggest filters, categories revisions and alert on wrong categorizations
Navigation on Web & APP:
- Work on other elements of navigation to make the customer on site journey seamless and easier (filters, redirections )
- Guarantee an excellent assortment display for all Key Moments and main visibilities on site on a weekly basis: lease with Content & Commercial Animation Team defining best sorting of PLPs being coherent with commercial focus, assortments, product ranking and stock availability
- Actively work on catalog cleaning and sorting depending on stock coverage to ensure highest Add to Cart Rate and CVR reducing Bounce Rate
- Update the Megamenu with existing and new categories based on commercial plan and market trends
- Guarantee APP redirections are properly set for all marketing channels and website redirections.
- Update weekly APP navbar, check search optimizations, guarantee inspirational contents to engage MAUS on APP
- Follow cross sell/upsell rules to guarantee execution also on the APP and proper visualization
Cross-sell/up-sell actions:
- Work with EME Team to suggest and implement new successful crosssell/upsell propositions to consumers all along the online journey: suggested carousels in PDPs, complementary add to cart popup and basket carousel optimization.
- Constantly analyzing Conversion Funnel and propose adjustment to improve Add to Cart and +1 in cart stimulating cross sell to place visibilities and rules on web + app
- Track the results of cross sell/upsell actions periodically
Ensure Transversal Site content improvement
- Manage and improve content on website (e.g., contact form, cookies policy, FAQ etc)
- Set up links (e.g., social media, one link APP definitions)
- Correct translations and clear funnel for clients (from PDPs info to Cart and Checkout)
- Contribute to Blog & SEO Content Optimization depending on market scenario needs: adjusting reindex, Meta Tags update and maintenance
Participate and monitor local eMerchandising optimizations action plan
- Ensure local competitors benchmarks (new features, tools or key best practices) to share with the Region
- Keep track of the digital technology optimizations planned by EME Team, sharing internally to local eCom Team and be proactive to propose customized actions relevant for the market
- Support in building business cases cross countries to actively participate in the prioritization of features update and developments
- Monitoring of local performance, run and reporting of anomalies with monthly analysis outlining problems, opportunities, and propose solutions to EME Team
- Support in cross countries harmonization of the definition of KPIs to define the monitoring of the performance
- Analyze brands performance and propose Web + APP optimizations actions to boost conversion rate
- Analyze Brands and categories KPIs such as Traffic, CVR to scout optimizations for business
Be the local referral for the Region, our "Captain" to ensure a smooth collaboration and ease the communication on:
Searchandising:
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the estore search experience by providing constructing, data driven and actionable feedback (e.g., name exclusions, compound words, stop words)
- Determine criterias for personalized sorting of search results as well as the appropriate filter, spelling mistakes, synonyms, automatic suggestions for example
- Study customer behavior to better anticipate their expectations and improve the conversion of search engine users
Ranking & Personalization
- Manage rules according to local priorities based on regional recommendation in close collaboration with the regional estore optimization team
Ratings and Reviews features
- Support the Region to improve the experience and to increase the number of reviews
