Pensieri di Cavatina - A 14-room farmhouse in Pianella, a hamlet in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the province of Siena, located in the beautiful Chianti hills, is looking for a Receptionist for the season 2023.

1 Customer service with the highest standards
replying to mails regarding reservations and/or guest service requests, such as tasting/tour information/bookings, restaurant information/bookings, or various activities;

Prepares the day's arrivals (paperwork) and electronic keys and charges credit cards in the case of prepaid reservations;
Sends self-check-in instructions to guests when needed;
Handles social content, posting stories on Instagram/Facebook/Whatsapp;
Managing our Web-site, resposibilities

for changes, updating, cooperation wuth polish marketing team;

Responsible for photographic material

Qualifications:

Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel/ agritourism;
Must have schedule flexibility, weekends and holidays;
Good English language to include speaking, reading and writing;
Must be able to multitask;
Good computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
