We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Lead, Teamsport.

As a sports enthusiast at heart, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting our top-of-the-line teamsport products.

You'll leverage your industry experience and vast network to connect with sports clubs, federations, and retailers, forging partnerships that will propel us to the top.


Activities may include, but are not limited to the following:


Develop and implement sales strategies:


  • Develop and execute a winning sales strategy that drives revenue growth within the teamsport sector.
  • Identify market opportunities and potential customers for expansion by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share.

Customer relationship management:


  • Leverage your extensive network to establish and nurture strong relationships with sports clubs, federations, and retailers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to foster relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions to drive customer satisfaction.

Sales forecasting and reporting:


  • Using business systems to effectively to analyze sales activities and customer base as well as creating regular sales forecasts and performing an efficient pipeline management
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and sales pipeline updates.

Cross-functional collaboration:


  • Lead the coordination of product development and sampling activities between the customer and our internal teams
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote the company and its offerings.

Qualifications:


What we expect from you - Your Expertise:


  • You have 10+ years of experience in
    sales, driving strategic accounts
:


  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the sports industry, with a focus on teamsport, sports federations, and retailers.
  • In-Depth knowledge of the sporting goods industry, including market dynamics and trends
  • You are skilled in developing sales penetration and growth strategies for your assigned accounts
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills in
    Italian and English **both spoken and written
  • Extensive network and connections in the teamsport ecosystem, enabling you to hit the ground running.
