Posizione:

We are looking for an
Account Specialist to increase the turnover volume of the designated customer portfolio, prevent customer churn, and assist the company in identifying new business opportunities and new services to provide.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring the progress of assigned customers.
Offer customers new services or products related to their business.
Convince customers to print volumes with us that they print with other suppliers.
Find flexible solutions for complex issues. In some cases the activity won't follow a standard flow since the revenue might justify an extraordinary management.
Helping the company to find weak points to improve or services and products to develop.

Requisiti:

Good knowledge of English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas)
Good organizational skills to complete tasks within the predefined timing
Experience in managing customers.
Experience in negotiating trade agreements

PREFERRED:

Experience in monitoring customer metrics
Experience in analyzing data

Experience with a CRM tool
