Job Description:

We are looking for a Legal Manager to be added to our Legal Team based in Milan, reporting to the General Counsel.

  • How you will contribute_
  • Corporate Governance matters globally such as formation of new legal entities, monitoring of legal requirements, and maintenance of authorized officers, directors, and signatories; support and advise our Accounting, Finance, Business Development & Legal team on corporate transactions, carrying out due diligence processes, analyzing and drafting transaction documents, and following postcompletion formalities and obligations. Management of the intercompany flows in Italy and abroad;
  • Provide valid and practical legal advice on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and consumer matters. Develop materials, guidelines, policies, and best practices to give more autonomy to the other functions;
  • Application and deployment of the Group Compliance Program;
  • Support to the Group General Counsel in the supervision and management of litigation;
  • Support the team in drafting and revision of different kind of Agreements for all the Company needs, both in English and Italian;
  • Proactively identify and address business needs with an ownership mindset, seeking out new opportunities to unlock value for the whole company;
  • Collaborate with outside counsel in Italy and abroad. Stay up to date on legal and regulatory developments.

  • Passion: you love what you do and you make it with enthusiasm;
  • Commitment: after obtaining a law degree, you practiced at a law firm or as inhouse counsel for 78 years, in which you encountered some of the challenges you'll face in the role. Your attention to detail is high, and you're really accurate. You're meticulously organized and structured, so you can handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with balance and precision. You are fluent in English and Italian;
  • Audacity: you're energetic and hardworking and you persevere through adversity until the job is done. Once you have a goal, there's no one stopping you. You work with judgment and intuition;
