    We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Honeywell located in Milan. As a part of the Southern Remote Buildings Operations Centre, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customer base and field service team. Your role involves ensuring timely issue resolution, managing service visits, and contributing to the development of new technical services tailored to our customers' needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Providing remote technical assistance to contracted customers and field service teams.
    • Supporting HBOC services and managing customer requests of varying expertise levels.
    • Liaising with third-party providers for enhanced customer service.
    • Representing technical issues from Field Service and customer sites at forums.
    • Driving energy savings through BMS expertise.
    • Collaborating with Account Handlers to resolve customer queries.
    • Enhancing Energy & Applications Team offerings through project work.
    • Contributing to the design, implementation, and support of various Honeywell applications.
    • Acting as the focal point for Honeywell OT, Enterprise Applications, and Connected Services in the region.
    • Ensuring the alignment and standardization of services and technology selection.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to emphasize the importance of ICT and Cybersecurity.
    • Providing technical support and training to field service specialists.
    • Ensuring quality assurance procedures for implementation and upgrades.
    • Contributing to Technical Risk Reviews for service project works.
    • Protecting the integrity of Honeywell software and network infrastructure.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
    • 3-5 years of experience in Honeywell OT, Enterprise Applications, and Connected Services.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard communications protocols.
    • Knowledge of ICT/Cybersecurity fundamentals.
    • Strong computer skills and understanding of IoT technologies.
    • Familiarity with Honeywell field applications.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills in a complex environment.
