Impakter regularly selects talented people with a passion for sustainability and a knowledge of its practices, and with strong analytical skills, and helps them to train as sustainability analysts.

Initial contract duration is 6 months, with 1 month probation period.

The job of the analyst is to
- bridge between theoretical and practical aspects of all the Impakter operations.
- analyze live data regarding customer companies,
- contribute to company analysis and recommendations
- provide insightful materials for other business units such as marketing and media
- help proceed with the data analysis related to our core product.


Job Requirements:

- familiarity with concepts of ESG, SDGs, sustainability frameworks and certificates
- proficiency with Office package, especially excel or Google Sheet
- analytical mindset, precision, ability to read and report on data clearly
- proactive attitude and go-to mindset

Tasks and Objectives
Throughout the employment period, junior analysts will

• Create sustainability reports, and on the evaluation of small and medium enterprises
• Review others ́ sustainability reports
• Analyze EU and international certification schemes and standards according to our

SDGs framework

Also, the sustainability analyst should demonstrate over time increasing command of the following skills:

• Ability to report thoroughly and timely on own progresses and delays
• Ability to communicate clearly, and work in a team
• Ability to work autonomously on a given issue, by defining the issue clearly, defining own targets and establishing a ballpark timeline for executing tasks. Follow through with the execution of a rounded up, coherent piece of work.

Evaluation takes place after the probation period of one month, and at the end of the six months.
