The challenge

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to Haier Europe.

What you will do

Responsible for the management and the development of built-in hobs product portfolio

In particular:
- responsible for the management of the entire life-cycle of the product, including:

business case definition and validation

- definition of technical specifications
- launch plan definition
- value proposition
- phase in /out strategy
- analyse consumer trends and habits in order to correctly define the value proposition and the products specifications, aiming to leadership in the competition landscape.
- analyse sell-in and sell-out data in order to detect the right business opportunities.
- constantly collaborate with R&D, Costs, Purchase and Logistic department along all the development process
- constant collaboration with Brand and Design team for the definition of value proposition and product aesthetics.
- support business managers and markets in the definition of line-up and in removing business roadblocks if related to product.

What you need to succeed

Must have

Solid technical approach with a natural talent and passion for design and hightech
Strategic thinking well balanced with wellorganized and structured approach, being fast and responsive in daily tasks. Acts with Passion for Consumers aiming to Zero Distance
University degree (preferred area Marketing / economics)
Experience in Product Portfolio development in a multinational industry/environment producing Global Brands, ideally BTC
Excellent level of Italian and English
Fast, reliable, autonomous, wellorganized with great skills in communication and team leadership

Nice to have

Passion for Cooking
MBA/Master in Marketing
Turkish and Chinese and others languages are a plus
Previous experience in industrial complex products such as White goods, Brown goods, SDA, Automotive, High Tech, Design and Furniture
