We are looking for a Broadcast Engineer to join our team based in Brugherio (MB).

In this role you will be working on shift under the supervision of the Manager, Broadcast Engineering, providing system support for the broadcast infrastructure and support for end users.

You will provide root cause analysis of escalated and complex incidents/problems related to broadcasting systems. Impart technical expertise of established broadcasting standards to the Broadcast Engineering team. You will manage and optimize system performance of broadcasting systems to ensure 24x7x365 availability.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

Provide all technical support for the broadcasting systems (On Air, Social Media, and web streaming services), including after-hours support when necessary.

Accountable for equipment specifications, system design, and installation. Supervise and execute project integrations and ensure all tasks are completed within accepted timelines. Evaluation and testing of all broadcasting equipment and systems. Create and review standards and operating procedures for broadcasting infrastructure. Determine the best possible course of action to resolve technical problems or support live show requirements. Subject matter expert for broadcasting disasterrecovery planning, implementation, and testing. Manage support incidents for all broadcasting systems.

Impart technical expertise of established broadcasting standards to the US Broadcast Engineering team Requirements A Bachelor Technical degree or a Technical high school diploma with relevant working experience A minimum of two years of recent and directly related Broadcast Engineering experience in a television broadcast environment strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience troubleshooting broadcast equipment and systems.

Knowledge and experience with broadcast related equipment including still store, clip playout, graphics systems, cameras and related robotics, switchers, routers, wireless and hardwired intercom, wireless IFBs and microphones.
