- Gestire in autonomia la propria partita durante la preparazione e il servizio
- Garantire qualità, presentazione e coerenza delle preparazioni
- Organizzare il lavoro giornaliero e settimanale della sezione
- Monitorare stock e approvvigionamenti della propria partita
- Eseguire e registrare controlli di temperatura, etichettatura, conservazione e rotazione dei prodotti
- Assicurare il rispetto delle norme HACCP, igiene e sicurezza sul lavoro
- Mantenere elevati standard di pulizia, ordine e igiene della postazione
- Segnalare tempestivamente eventuali criticità tecniche, di sicurezza o manutenzione
- Collaborare con il team di cucina per garantire un servizio fluido ed efficiente
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Chef de Partie, preferibilmente in hotel, resort o ristoranti strutturati
- Solida conoscenza delle tecniche di cucina relative alla propria partita
- Attenzione al dettaglio, precisione e senso di responsabilità
- Capacità di lavorare in team e sotto pressione
- Conoscenza delle normative HACCP (certificazione gradita)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Contratto CCNL Turismo – Full Time a tempo determinato
- Accesso alla mensa aziendale anche nei giorni di riposo

- Esperienze formative mirate, in base alle esigenze del ruolo e del team

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Chef de Partie da inserire nel team di cucina di Tenuta Toscana, immersa nel cuore della campagna toscana.
La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione operativa della propria partita, garantendo elevati standard di qualità, organizzazione e sicurezza alimentare, in linea con le indicazioni dell'Executive Sous Chef.
