Mission
- provide after-sales technical assistance to customers and TACs.
- manage requests for technical support and evaluation of warranties received from the dealer network;
This position reports to the BLM CTS and works closely with the machine sales team and manufacturing companies.


Job description:


  • Provide remote technical support and organize training courses for Official Dealers in relation to specific products
  • Constantly check the BCE bulletins and the technical documentation relating to the products part of our portfolio
  • Manage requests for technical support, certifications and documentation advanced by customers through dedicated tools
  • Keep customers updated on required actions, related to Priority I and II ECBs
  • Manage warranty claims, following the entire approval/rejection cycle, checking invoices and reporting to the Product Company through dedicated tools
  • Report any technical problems to the manufacturer
  • Maintain a constant relationship with the Product Companies and in particular with the technical support
  • Support colleagues when possible in relation to the area of expertise
  • Occasional travel to customer sites and workshops/offices
  • What we expect from you:_

Required skills

  • Practical knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ), etc;
  • Experience in maintenance services and technical support;
  • Knowledge of PLC and Inverter is a plus
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Good autonomy skills;
  • Team working;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Good analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail;
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
