About the Yes Internship program in CSC Capacity & Budget Join us in Customer Care Team and you will support the Budget and Capacity Coordinator (CSC) in the monitoring and handling the effectiveness of Contact Service Center, tracking a set of KPIs and monitoring the quality of the service provided.

You will support the monitoring of Customer Care services provided through different channels (Social Media, Call, E-mail, Chat) via specific analysis.

You will also support the execution of administrative activities such as payments, cost allocation and the budget review of the CSC department.

Internship of 6 months length + 6 months of temporary contract (after confirmation)
