Duo Milan Porta Nuova, Tribute Portfolio is a 4-star, 239 rooms, including 11 suites, all completely renovated with bright colours and unexpected details.

In addition, the Hotel has a Bistrot with Italian and international cuisine, a Bar and a Courtyard for informal meetings or relaxing breaks, a fully equipped fitness centre and 5 meeting rooms.

The property is part of Marriott International which is the world's largest hotel brand and Westmont Hospitality Group.

The hotel has just been renovated and has undergone a complete rebranding becoming the second Marriott Tribute Portfolio in Italy.

We are looking for a Chef de rang.


Main Tasks

  • To offer a warm and sincere welcome to all of our guests;
  • To ensure guest satisfaction is met throughout the meal experience by providing
- efficient and courteous service of food and beverage within the station;

  • You will serve food and beverages consistently to a high standard;
  • You are expected to be able to run the service for a section of the restaurant
- according to Departmental standards;

  • Supervise the clearing of tables and miseenplace necessary for the next course;
  • You will anticipate guests' needs and exceed their expectations.

Profile's Main Requirements

  • Previous experience in the same position in hotels of similar category;
  • Hospitable, customer oriented, willing to learn;
  • Excellent organizations skills and ability to find solutions, desire to develop and progress in your role;
  • Genuine passion for customer service and a sparkling personality;
  • Able to work according to departmental standards;
  • Speak, read, and communicate in a good level of English and Italian;
  • Must be of smart appearance with excellent personal hygiene standards;

Type of Contract:
Fixed-Term Contract/Full-Time
