Position Overview
Coordination of the communication for the Italy Region creating written and digital content that engages the Team.
Coordination of Country's events
Support to P&D (VP and the Team)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Preparing presentations on Power Point, and visual materials on Photoshop/Illustrator
- Coordination of Country's corporate events (management of all events' details such as location, equipment, suppliers, etc)
- Proactively managing all website applications (WorkPlace by Facebook)
- Propose ideas and develop strategies to improve engagement level in the country
- Support and coordination of internal HR's communications
-Support to the HR Vice President Europe with administrative tasks (coordination and booking of travel arrangements through the RL internal travel agency) and creation of presentations
-Support the HR team when necessary with ad hoc administrative tasks such as letters and filing.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
- Excellent organizational skills with the Ability to prioritize workloads to meet short deadlines
- Ability to collect information, assess content, suggest appropriate process and communication and execute as needed
- Strong multitasking, task management and problem solving skills and Ability to work under pressure
- Dynamic, creative and propositive attitude
- Ability to handle highly confidential information and demonstrate discretion where appropriate
- Advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft packages – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
