Join our impactful and analytical Finance team


You will have the opportunity to play an integral role in the success of our business by supporting our vendors, customers, and internal co-workers.


In this role you will have the chance to interact with peers within the local and European Finance department as well as with functional business leaders.

The FP&A controller analyzes and interprets financial and operating data for business planning and operations management.

This position is accountable for providing accurately and timely pre-defined financial reports and detailed analysis on business performance (Mainly in the cost Area).


Job Purpose:


  • Responsible for all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis with a special focus on SG&A (mainly payroll)
  • To support the business in the effective management of the commission process to include the accurate and timely calculation and processing of commission payments to the employees within the business.
  • Analytical review of forecasts and plans submitted by interacting with Business functions
  • General support to additional FPA activities (SOX, Treasury, interactions with Central Teams)

Responsibilities:


  • Budget (AFC) and forecasting process coordination to ensure adherence to timelines
  • Preparation of management presentations for planning and MEC reviews, with focus on Cost area
  • Commission process owner, with loading of Bonus scheme, monthly /quarterly data within determined timescale
  • Analyzes current and past trends in key performance indicators for specific area of P&L, Balance sheet and HC
  • Preparing financial metrics and analysis for management reviews to analize financial performance vs plan
  • Create and maintain effective working files to account for TD SYNNEX revenue and costs in line with TD SYNNEX accounting policies.
  • Put in place processes to enable accurate and timely reporting of TD SYNNEX contractual arrangements.
  • Monitors performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
  • Consolidates and prepares monthly management reports and meets reporting deadlines in accordance with Finance calendar
  • Support local activities in SOX procedures, audit queries and Treasury team

Knowledge Skills and Experience:


  • Degree in Finance / Accounting
  • 23 years of experience in finance / FP&A role of international company
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP/BW and SAP BPC of advantage is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills needed to synthesize large quantities of data,
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a multitasking and fast pace environment
  • Delivers process improvement solutions
  • Quick learner, proactive and good team player
  • Deadline-Oriented, able to work well under pressure, has strong sense of urgency / prioritization.
