About The Role:

Con l'obiettivo di massimizzare la gestione del CRM dei clienti online, la risorsa all'interno del team CRM marketing dovrà:

Proporre e sviluppare azioni promozionali utili a garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali (acquisition, retention e reactivation)
Fare attività di monitoraggio e analisi dei KPI e delle performance delle campagne
Creare segmentazioni della customer base e definire il punto di contatto con il cliente
Analizzare i dati di mercato e dei competitors
Lavorare in sinergia con altri dipartimenti e stakeholder, allineandosi su strategie, progetti e iniziative

Requisiti

Laurea o Master in Economia, Marketing
Precedente esperienza di 12 anni in dipartimenti CRM/Marketing/Consulenza
Forti capacità interpersonali e di collaborazione, capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire relazioni con diversi clienti, stakeholder e dipartimenti
Ottime capacità analitiche e organizzative
Proattività e pensiero creativo
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office e di tool di data management
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Preferibile

Esperienza nella definizione di campagne CRM
Conoscenza pregressa di sistemi CRM
Passione per lo sport e/o il mondo del gaming
Conoscenza di tool di web analytics
