- Verificare, in fase di progettazione preliminare e prima del deposito dei permessi, la bontà della documentazione prodotta dal punto di vista implementativo;
- Dare inizio e verificare l'avvio della progettazione esecutiva e della successiva messa in produzione della carpenteria nel rispetto delle tempistiche definite dal cliente;
- Richiedere e verificare la corretta predisposizione delle richieste di acquisto per le attività di cantiere;
- Pianificare e coordinare la fase esecutiva dei cantieri e gestione degli avanzamenti settimanali di tutte le attività on field;
- Gestire i rapporti operativi e amministrativi con i fornitori;
- Relazionarsi con i referenti territoriali delle principali TowerCo/Operatori TLC;
- Aggiornare tutti i relativi tool aziendali;
- Assicurare il controllo e la verifica dello stato avanzamento lavori nei cantieri;
- Verificare la qualità dei lavori e la relativa conformità con quanto previsto da progetto esecutivo, dalle autorizzazioni ottenute e nel rispetto delle specifiche tecniche;
- Verificare che il fornitore abbia prodotto tutta la documentazione di Accettazione e Collaudo al termine della realizzazione della SRB, approvarla ed archiviarla nei tool aziendali.
- Conoscenza iter permessistici per l'attivazione delle SRB;
- Conoscenza dell'avanzamento dei cantieri.
