About the Job

We are seeking a well-organized, stress-resistant account manager who can handle multiple tasks in the dynamic settings of the fashion and entertainment industries.

This role offers a unique experience to engage in the most prestigious events within these sectors, interacting closely with top celebrities and renowned brands.

As an account manager, you will find yourself at the epicenter of the fashion world, which provides a tremendous opportunity to quickly gain a deep understanding of the industry's landscape.

Responsibilities:

Organize communication with talents, including being available for addressing their issues and updating the client database.

Work in person at events as part of the team, managing the process of client engagement during red carpet events and ensuring the strict execution of each client's schedule.

Maintain contact with all partners, including hotels, airlines, drivers, and event arrangers, and handle all logistics-related questions.

Assist the CEO with preparations primarily in regard to the upcoming Cannes Festival.

Conduct short market research to keep abreast of current trends and provide strategic insights.


About You:

EU residence is mandatory.

Passionate about the fashion and entertainment industry with an understanding of its landscape.

Capable of working effectively with multiple tasks simultaneously and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.

High level of fluency in English (C2), additional European language is an advantage.

Highly developed communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations.

Flexible and able to work varied hours, including sometimes working beyond the standard work schedule.
