- You will work closely with the third-party order involved team, collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders for a smooth and timely exchange of information, with the ultimate goal of ensuring an efficient orders process.
- Provide support to customer service colleagues in order management and telephone coverage ensuring a smooth flow of information with factories and logistics.
- Maintain the physical and digital archives as well as customer documentation, ensuring compliance with the established standards and rules.

We are looking for a trainee to join our 5 Customer service team, made of 5 5 dynamic and close-knit professionals, experts in supporting ROCKWOOL customer. The Customer Service Team Leader will be your tutor.
What you will be doing
What you bring
You have an Bachelor's degree level and/or a work experience in a customer service, commercial or logistics support-position;
Strong communication skills and able to build a good relationship with customers and internal departments;
Structured and organized working style, attention to details;
You are interested in commercial processes and the use of IT systems
You have good Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel);
Excellent command of the Italian and English language, spoken and written;
We also attach great importance to a positive attitude, you are proactive, reliable and you can work well together.
