- Develop, maintain, and control integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
- Manage cost reporting, earned value, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
- Establish project controls procedures, governance frameworks, and reporting standards
- Interface with engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams
- Support client and stakeholder reporting at senior management level
- Ensure alignment with pharmaceutical / GMP project delivery requirements
- Maintain full on-site presence as part of the core project team
- Proven experience as a Project Controls Lead / Manager on large-scale CAPEX projects
- Strong background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated industrial environments
- Demonstrable experience across all project controls disciplines
- Advanced user of Primavera P6 and xivgfpx Microsoft Excel
- Fluent / professional level Italian (spoken and written)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to operate in complex, multi-contractor project environments
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, live construction environments
- Experience on GMP manufacturing facilities

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Lead to support a major pharmaceutical CAPEX project in Tuscany.
